Auckland Domain is the huge park in the middle of Auckland which houses the large Auckland War Memorial Museum and usually tons of shirtless soccer players. Last night they had a massive concert under the stars which thousands of people attended.

Davenport Wine Festival
Davenport is pretty swanky place to shop and "do lunch" (LA style) just a short ferry ride away from the city center. This weekend they had their annual Food, Wine and Music Festival.

Rangitoto
Today we visited Rangitoto Island, only a 10 minute ferry ride away from the city center. A 1-hour hike to the summit of the volcanoe offers some really great views.
